Cancellation Policy
💡 Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling allowed with at least 24 hours' notice from the student if they are unable to attend a scheduled lesson. Rescheduling is based on teacher availability. Any cancelled lesson initiated by the tutor will be made up to ensure students receive their full complement of sessions. 12 classes must be completed within 6 months, encouraging regular attendance or remaining lessons expire. 💡 No-Show Policy: In some cases, if a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, we charged for the full session. Students who are more than 15 minutes late to their lesson are considered a no-show. No discounts or refunds will be issued if a student does not show. Fees are non-refundable for missed lessons. This policy encourages students to respect their scheduled appointments and notifies tutors of potential changes in their availability.
